British Columbia Persons With AIDS Society (BCPWA); a non-profit organisation and Western Canada's largest AIDS organization of its kind; looked to Kinky Logic to create a website solution to enhance both its image and online experience while providing information and support to those living with HIV & AIDS.
Kinky Logic worked closely with BCPWA to define their needs and accurately represent their organization. The key theme of the site was depicting BCPWA's mission statement; "To enable people living with HIV & AIDS to empower themselves through mutual support & collective action."
Kinky Logic was careful to design a website that would not alienate anyone living with HIV & AIDS and to provide an optimistic website full of information resources and positive support. It was important that the site be inviting and user friendly to people with disabilities by keeping the site navigation clean, simple and easy to use.
An Events Calendar and Content Management System allows the staff of BCPWA to edit the content regularly, keeping the website and Current Events up to date.
