The Public Dreams Society promotes community participation in the arts by providing interactive and accessible public art programming. Public Dreams' signature events include the Illuminares Lantern Procession and Parade of the Lost Souls.
The main purpose of the website was to get all of the latest events and workshops online in an organized events calendar. A visitor can navigate via the calendar dates or by the Events menu to find what they are interested in and to see upcoming events. Galleries for each main event are featured and made up of large images which are viewable via a slide show.
Kinky Logic reflected Public Dreams' creativity and range of services by using large background images showcasing a range of events as well as incorporated a bright and colourful palette. The logo is animated to add a dynamic and playful spirit to the website without interfering with the user experience.
Because Public Dreams is a non-profit society, they rely on donations from Corporate Sponsors and encourage Volunteer participation, both which are available as links throughout the site.
Kinky Logic has also built a Content Management System to enable Public Dreams to edit the content on their own. A CMS was paramount to the success of this website because of the ever-changing events and details.
