Adera is a leading Vancouver developer who required a website to showcase their company, various leading edge properties and achievements within the community. In addition, Adera requested the website to function as a customer managment tool in correlation with their multi-platform marketing efforts. Kinky Logic designed and developed a new, marketing campaign based on the theme "Welcome to the Family".
The concept highlighted Adera's true 'partners' to its success- their employees. By making the individuals behind Adera the focus, potential home buyers get an instant emotional connection with its staff, and get to see first hand the true nature of the company that they are investing in. The website involved taking custom photography of Adera's key employees within their environment and integrating them into a broad brand message that is used throughout all of Adera's marketing collateral, such as the website, print advertisements (full page and banner ads) as well as in the presentation of showroom displays and graphics.
Kinky Logic built a clean, easily navigated site which has received rave reviews, including winning a silver Georgie Award. Individual property development websites are added when required, and are treated in a templated format which reduces overall maintenance costs.
